An hour ago, I spotted this article at Yahoo News. I got interested in its title, so I read the whole article. Here's what I've read;

10. Beer ... about-new research has suggested that moderate beer intake can actually improve cardiovascular function.

9. Anger
...Studies show that bursts of anger here and there are good for the health, and can be an even more effective coping mechanism than becoming afraid, irritated or disgusted.

8. Coffee ... studies claim coffee is a major source of antioxidants in our diet and can help lower your risk of diabetes.

7. LSD
... small doses of LSD have been thought to help bypass the rock-bottom stage of alcoholism and prevent relapses.

6. Sunlight ...Sunlight suppressed the immune reactions that cause asthma in some lab studies with mice and could be used to treat humans afflicted with the disease in the future. And sunlight-even if indirect, such as on a shaded porch-is known to boost the mood. Extra sunlight can help office workers avoid afternoon drowsiness, a recent study found.

5. Maggots ...Placed on serious wounds, maggots mimic their "wild" lifestyle and munch on bacteria and dead tissue, stimulating healing and helping to prevent infection.

4. Marijuana
...is ironically now being hyped as a way to stave off the ultimate form of memory loss: Alzheimer's.

3. Red Wine
...those Bordeaux-guzzling French-red wine has long been known to have potent anti-cancer and artery-protecting benefits.

2. Chocolate ... which is packed with the antioxidant flavonols that prevent certain cancers and keep your arteries from clogging. These powerful chemicals may even increase blood flow to the brain, warding off dementia.

1. Sex ... the obvious evolutionary purposes, we can all take pleasure in the news that having sex is an easy way to reduce stress, lower cholesterol and improve circulation throughout the body.

I like listening to RnB songs; so, I'm a big fan of Ne-yo. I like listening to his songs, specifically, Miss Independent, Closer, So Sick, Dream, The Truth, Together, etc.

I simply like the song, Together, because of its meaningful lyrics, and its nice rhythm as well.

On Wednesday, September 24, 2008, I'm going to attend the burial of my uncle. So, I have to leave from work since he's from Tuburan, a province in the north of Cebu. It takes 3 to 4 hours by bus to get there; thus, I have to leave early from the city so that I can catch the burial ceremony at 11 am.

How Tuburan got its name?

Founded in the 1851 by Don Mariano Montebon who hailed from the town of Sogod, Cebu. The town site was first located at Daan Lungsod which is just across the Adela River, north of the present Poblacion, Tuburan got its name from the prevalence of springs, which are the sources of potable water for household use of the early settlers. "
Tuburan" it is averred, evolved from the Cebuano- Visayan dialect "Tubod" meaning spring.

I'm sad because my uncle died this morning. He died because of cardiac arrest. My uncle's death was unexpected. He was really in good condition prior to his sudden death at 4:00 am this morning. Until now, I and the rest of the family members can hardly accept the fact that Uncle Lorry has passed away.

Uncle Lorry was a good, polite and kind man; as well as, a loving husband to his wife and a supportive father to his children. On the other hand, he was not only a brother to my mother but a best friend as well; so, my mother is very affected with his death.

With my uncle's death, I came to realize that LIFE is too SHORT.

Life is too short not to make the best and the most of everything that comes your way everyday.

Do what you love to do and give it your very best. Whether it's business or baseball, or the theater, or any field. If you don't love what you're doing and you can't give it your best, get out of it. Life is too short. You'll be an old man before you know it.

Family means too much, Friends are too valuable, And life is too short, To put-off sharing with people, How much they really mean to you, And pursuing whatever it is that makes you happy.

Life is too short to spend your precious time trying to convince a person who wants to live in gloom and doom otherwise. Give lifting that person your best shot, but don't hang around long enough for his or her bad attitude to pull you down. Instead, surround yourself with optimistic people.

Forgive, forget. Bear with the faults of others as you would have them bear with yours. Be patient and understanding. Life is too short to be vengeful or malicious.

Life is too short, and the time we waste in yawning never can be regained

My uncle had spent all his time working hard for his family; as a matter of fact, he forgot to spend time for himself and to enjoy life. If only my uncle knew that Life's too short, he would have enjoyed life to the fullest.

Nevertheless, I salute you uncle for being a great husband and father to your family members, likewise a great uncle and friend to me and to the rest of our relatives! May you rest in peace! I love you!

I've just read this article in Yahoo News. Although I know all these things because I'm a Boholona, but I still want to post this article in my blog so that I can help in spreading out the good things about our island.

1. The Tarsier - I saw it perched on a tree along the Loboc River made even more famous by Cesar Montano, one of Bohol's pride, in his movie Panaghoy sa Suba. I looked at it eyeball-to-eyeball and that's how I noticed lonely its eyes were, so huge that, for a while, I felt that those eyes would kill me with gentleness.

2. The Chocolate Hills -One of Da King FPJ's favorite settings of his blockbusters, the hills are alive with the whatever sound you can imagine, all those 1,268 mounds (count 'em!). If you have the stamina, try climbing the 200-plus steps up one of them and, from the peak, be mesmerized by a panoramic view of the province. Breath-taking! How did the hills got the name? Give the credit to the Americans who, many years ago, stood transfixed by the natural wonder that reminded them of Chocolate Kisses. Thus, Chocolate Hills.

3. The Amarela (in Panglao) - Touted on its flyer as "...not just a beautiful beach resort but also a showcase of Bohol's rich cultural and artistic heritage...", Amarela is Spanish for yellow. Said its owner-manager Doy Nunag, "We called it Amarela by accident. Three years ago when we were on a family vacation in Portugal, we noticed that the subway lines were identified by color, one of them the Amarela Line. We were looking for a name for the resort and we thought that Amarela was perfect for it." Most of the rooms face the sea. Watch the sun rise and set from your window, and you will sing the famous Sunrise, Sunset song from Fiddler on the Roof with new lyrics coming spontaneously from your heart. I heard that Bea Zobel stays at Amarela when she's in Bohol, which is often. (Note: For inquiries, call 038-5029497 to 98 or cell phone 0906-5884145.)

4. The old churches - Raoul and I visited 14 churches the first time I was in Bohol, completing the Visita Iglesia even if it was the Lenten Season. We lingered a bit in the vicinity of Baclayon Church in Baclayon town, several meters away from it stands the lighthouse where Cesar Montano proposed to Sunshine Cruz at sunset, to the enchanting music of the Loboc Children's Choir. Romantic!

5. The Bohol Bee Farm - Owned and managed by Vicky Wallace, the Farm serves all-organic food, including - would you believe! - Bougainvilla Salad ("Anything that the bees eat is edible," assured Vicky, a retired nurse who worked in the States, now the widow of an American husband) and Camote Bread. To digest an "organic" meal, you can stroll around place and have a close look at the bees of various species, coming from different parts of the country (and Australia).

6. The Peanut Kisses, Ube Jam and Torta - Don't just bring home beautiful memories from Bohol, complete with album-fuls of pictures. Remember to drop by any of the groceries in department stores (BQ Mall - BQ for Bohol Quality - one of them, owned and managed by Raymond Ong who also owns and manages Metro Center which has a cozy hotel at the heart of Tagbilaran City) and stuff your back-pack with as many packs of Peanut Kisses and Torta and Ube Jam as you can. Family and friends back home will love those pasalubongs. Yummy!

7. Payag Restaurant - Your weekend in Tagbilaran will not be complete if you don't take lunch or dinner at Payag (#18 CPG East Avenue). My favorite item on the menu is the Chicken Barbecue, served with fresh achara and cold buko juice (or any juice of your choice). When Floy Quintos brought balikbayan international model Anna Bayle to Bohol, they went to Payag for dinner. "They occupied that table in the corner," Raoul pointed out. "Anna looked as delicious as the chicken inasal, holding a bottle of ice-cold Beer Light." Burp before you leave the place. (Note: For reservations, call 038-4112527 or 038-5019447.)

8. The Loboc River Night Cruise - For a touch of romance, take this tour with a loved one (lover or friend) - or even alone (you can "romance" yourself, can't you? By day, the cruise comes with buffet lunch. At night, you first take dinner at a floating restaurant and then you transfer to a boat that sails oh-so-slowly along the river between tall trees on both banks, adorned with lights that turn from red to orange to pink to violet to green to blue and then to light blue-green. Those lights were donated by Carlos Chan (Benchan's brother) to the tune of... P12 million!?!... including the Children's Palace where the Loboc Youth Band caps the cruise with an hour of soothing music. But first, enjoy a homegrown group composed of children and adults, waiting on a raft at the far end of the Loboc River to serenade the "cruisers" during the brief stopover. (Don't forget to donate a few bucks to the singing group; they need it.) Cruise prices are very affordable. (Note: For inquiries, call the Loboc Tourism Port Office at 038-5379292 or mobile phones 0928-5077627 and 0920-9623550.)

9. The Panglao Island Nature Resort - Owned and managed by Raymond Ong, this resort is another haven for weary souls from the big city. If you're looking for a place so quiet and so serene that you can feel your heart gently beating and yourself thinking, with only the sound of the wind rustling among the trees, this is the place for you. Your muscles grown tired? Walk to The Spa nearby. Or take a swim or do a lap or two at the Olympic-size pool. Or run to the beach just beyond your cottage. The resort's new feature is the just-opened Verdant Pavilion which is a perfect venue for concerts (Sitti was the first to hold one there; and, if negotiations push through, Martin Nievera just might do a Valentine concert there in February next year, keep your fingers crossed!). For inquiries, call (63-38) 411-5875 or 502-2451.

10. The Beautiful Boholanos - Bohol has produced a lot of stars, including Cesar Montano (of course, who is rumored to be running for governor or congressman), Luke Mejares, retired actress and now US-based Rebecca del Rio, Giselle Sanchez, the late Yoyoy Villame, StarStruck finalist Rich Asuncion, Star in a Million Champion Jerome Sala (now managing the family's hollow blocks business and, on the side, driving the family-owned passenger jeepney), Rebecca Lusterio, Hot Babe Sheree, Lutgardo Labad, 2006 Bb. Pilipinas-World Mariz Igpit and "adopted son" Maryo J. delos Reyes (who has a house in Tagbilaran. And, last but definitely not the least, my friends (aside from Raoul Tidalgo, Raymond Ong, Vicky Wallace and Doy Nunag), Betty Veloso-Garcia (and the Veloso Family), Boy Echavez and Liklik Schroeder (now based in Sacramento, California).

mistress - an adulterous woman; a woman who has an ongoing extramarital sexual relationship with a man; or, a woman who has a continuing sexual relationship with a man who is usually married to somebody else.

I've just read an article in the forum corner of Friendster.com about a mistress. A concerned friend wrote a letter to the mistress of her bestfriend's husband. She asked the mistress to stay away from the lives of the couple. She felt bad and angry with the mistress because the mistress showed disrespect to the wife e.g, the mistress sent bad letters, went to the house of the couple and acted like she's the legal wife.

The concerned friend put all the blame to the mistress. She never blamed the couple. So, I partly agree and disagree with her.

Many people responded to her entry. Each of them had different opinions. Well, I also shared my opinion......This is how I responded to her letter?

" Cheryl is a marriage wrecker. Shame on her! She must be very ugly and desperate because she sacrifices her dignity just to have a man in her life.

On the other hand, I wanna put the 70% blame on Jasper, 20% on Livia and 10% on Cheryl.

Jasper is married; so, he must know the DO's and DONT's in marriage. He's not idiot so he knows definitely that what he's doing is not right. Moreover, Cheryl wouldn't be proud as a mistress if Jasper didn't tolerate her. He's the captain in this situation, so why doesn't he put Cheryl in the bin if he still loves her wife and if he still cares for his children and their marriage?

Livia must take an action over this situation. If she thinks that there's no more LOVE in their marriage, so she must leave her husband. Saving marriage just for the sake of the children is not good. If marriage doesn't work anymore, then why suffer? On the other hand, if she thinks that she misses to do some of her responsibilities as a wife, so she must start doing them,..who knows, that will save the marriage and will make Jasper realize his mistakes.

We cannot avoid/stop home wreckers, like Cheryl. So,the husband and wife must take an effort in making their marriage life ALIVE, STRONG, FIRM and SOUND all the time so that no temptations, wreckers, etc. intervene."

I think the husband and the wife should always do their duties and responsibilities as a couple. They shouldn't function only as husband and wife but as friends & siblings too.

Pinoy Dream Academy(also known as PDA) is the Philippine version of Endemol's Star Academy. The format is similar to Big Brother, where a set number of finalists (billed as "scholars" throughout the series) would live inside the Academy for four months and will be trained by guest teachers to be multimedia performers. Activities in the Academy are being monitored 24/7 by the headmaster. It uses the tagline Ang drama sa likod ng pangarap (The drama behind the dream). The program is aired through ABS-CBN.

ABS-CBN affiliate Studio 23 airs a companion program under the same title. It is a separate show from the flagship station that will feature scenes that were not shown on the main program and has different hosts.

Awit ng Pangarap ("Song of the Dream"), made during the show's first season run by contestants Yeng Constantino, Yvan Lambatan, and Kristoff Abrenica, is the main theme song of the show, although "We're All In This Together" was used earlier in the pre-season specials as the unofficial theme song of the first season. Awit ng Pangarap was officially sung by the first season's scholars (billed as the PDA All-Stars) and was used starting in the middle of the first season. A version by Constantino alone is being used for the second season.

The show ended last Sunday. I was happy because my bet, Laarni Lozada, won. She's the Grand Star Dreamer, the Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2 winner.

Congratulations, Laarni!

I'm happy and excited because I'll be off from work tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. We used to have Sunday as our day off; but it was changed recently because we now have classes on Sundays.

I'm planning to go to my relative's house tomorrow morning because her house is near the beach; so, I'm going to go swimming. Then, I'll buy groceries as well as utensils & ingredients in making Leche Flan tomorrow afternoon.

I'm not good at cooking. But, I came to think of baking a layer of Leche Flan or Filipino custard on Monday morning. Thus, I searched in the internet the Leche Flan recipe.

Filipino Leche Flan Recipe

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Estimated cooking time: 1 hour

Leche Flan Ingredients:

  • 1 can (390g) evaporated milk

  • 1 can (390g) condensed milk

  • 10 egg yolks

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or lemon essence

For the caramel:

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup water

Leche Flan Cooking Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, mix the sugar & water. Bring to a boil for a few minutes until the sugar caramelize.

  • Pour the caramelized sugar into aluminum moulds - you can use any shape: oval, round or square. Spread the caramel on the bottom of the moulds.

  • Mix well the evaporated milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla by hand or blender.

  • Gently pour the mixture on top of the caramel on the aluminum moulds. Fill the moulds to about 1 to 1 1/4 inch thick.

  • Cover moulds individually with aluminum foil.

  • Steam for about 20 minutes OR

  • Bake for about 45 minutes. Before baking the Leche Flan, place the moulds on a larger baking pan half filled with very hot water. Pre-heat oven to about 370 degrees before baking.

  • Let cool then refrigerate.

  • To serve: run a thin knife around the edges of the mould to loosen the leche Flan. Place a platter on top of the mould and quickly turn upside down to position the golden brown caramel on top.

Cooking Tips:

  • You can tell when the Leche Flan is cooked by inserting a knife -if it comes out clean, it is cooked.

Note: If you have no oven, you can use a steam cooker.

It will be my first time to make Leche Flan on Monday, so wish me luck!

I get interested in the word "jealousy" because many people are experiencing this negative emotion. When I watch news on TV, all I can see is chaos. The politicians or government officials are fighting( why?.for power or positions?). Even the ordinary people, neighbors, couples, colleagues, classmates, siblings, players etc. sometimes fight...but, WHY? Well, I'm suspecting that it's all because of LOW or EXCESSIVE SELF-ESTEEM that leads to JEALOUSY and at times causes TROUBLE.

Self-esteem reflects a person's overall self-appraisal of their own worth; likewise, encompasses both beliefs (for example, "I am competent/incompetent") and emotions (for example: triumph, despair, pride, shame). Behavior may reflect self-esteem, in (for example: assertiveness/timorousness/confidence/caution).

Where as, jealousy is a feeling of jealous envy (especially of a rival) or a feeling of grudging admiration and desire to have something that is possessed by another.

Jealousy or jealous nature may be expressed in varied manners
, some shows intense reactions in the form of rage or anger while few dwell upon past regrets and grieve silently.

Sometimes, jealousy is a natural, inevitable, reaction that usually indicates longing for those things which we have lost. Jealousy can be a learned social reaction as well as innate and instinctive for genetic survival. Jealousy is experienced when something you have is taken away, something that you do not have although longing for that, but your colleague, co-partner, coworker or cell group member posses that thing or someone or something that you like or love is threatened by someone else. Obviously, jealousy increase as our desire --our desperation-- for that "thing" increases. More the difficult 'goal' to achieve, intense is the jealousy.

Based on what I've read, these are few of the major causes of jealousy;

Insecurity: Insecurity about a love relationship or insecurity about job or business: If you are very sensitive by nature and very much dependent on your job, lover, you are likely to be jealous about the person that causing insecurity in job or love. If that 'third person' --the competitor--is attractive, intelligent, successful, etc., we will be disturbed.

Suspicious tendency: Women are concerned about their partner becoming attracted to other women by sex, intelligence, and other attractions, and dissatisfaction with the current relationship however men are more concerned (than women) about protecting or re-building their egos if they are dominated by another man.

Often the causes of jealousy are more mental than physical. A bad relationship, poor self image, a history of abuse, stress, frustration and many other factors can change your overall attitude towards life which may directly impede your overall performance. Such tendencies are deep-rooted in mind and nurtured by excessive Negative Emotions.

It is needless to mention that these negative emotions are tremendously powerful. They can debilitate lives extremely quick by causing disparity in energy system, which triggers a sequence of emotional imbalance (i.e. frustration, melancholia, persistent agony, mental instability, uncontrolled anger, inferiority complex etc.), which ultimately culminates in ill health.

Yesterday, September 8, 2008, was a very important day of my younger sister, Mae. Her boyfriend asked her hand from my parents. Earlier today, she and her fiance informed me that their wedding is scheduled on May next year.

Pamalaye ( Cebuano term) or Pamanhikan (Tagalog term) is the traditional way of asking the hand of the bride from her parents. It's when the groom asks permission from the parents to marry the bride.

In pamalaye, the groom and his family including his relatives meet the family and the relatives of the bride. They go to the house of the bride-to-be to formally ask her hand from her parents. Aside from asking the hand of the bride, there are other important things to be discussed on that day; e.g, the schedule of the wedding, the expected amount of money needed on the wedding day, the principal sponsors, etc.

Moreover, the groom has to give money or things to the family of the bride. The parents of the bride will be the ones to decide whether they ask for money or things; likewise, how much money or what thing they gonna ask. Both parties have to agree on this matter.

Also, the family of the groom has to bring something to eat on the Pamalaye. Because, it's not only the family and relatives of both parties are there on that occasion, there are also neighbors and friends who serve as additional witnessers. Most importantly, they have to prepare food for the chairman or the presiding officer of the Pamalaye.

Prior to the wedding, the groom-to-be will often go to the house of the bride-to-be to do some household chores like fetching water, cutting firewood etc.

In my lessons this afternoon, we discussed about animals, e.g, cats and dogs. We learned about the Greyhound dog which is very popular in racing. It can run as fast as 65kph. On the other hand, we learned about the Sphinx cat. It caught my attention because of its appearance.

I've seen the Sphynx or Sphinx in television only. Based on what I saw, the Sphynx is hairless and ugly. Because I'm interested to know more about it, I made a research in the internet prior to my lessons. And, this is what I found out....

The Sphynx (aka Canadian Hairless) is a rare breed of cat. The Sphynx appears to be a hairless cat, although it is not truly hairless. The skin should have the texture of chamois. It may be covered with very soft, fine down, which is almost imperceptible to both the eye and touch. On the ears, muzzle, tail, and feet, a short, soft, fine hair is allowed. Lack of coat makes the cat quite warm to the touch. Whiskers and eyebrows may be present, either whole or broken, or may be totally absent. Their skin is the color their fur would be, and all the usual cat marking patterns (solid, point, van, tabby, tortie, etc) may be found in Sphynx too. People are surprised by how different their personalities are. Many describe them as part monkey, pig and human because of how intelligent, extroverted and affectionate they are.

Sphynx cats are not maintenance-free. Their lack of hair results in increased body oils. Regular bathing is often necessary. Care should be taken to limit the Sphynx cat's exposure to outdoor sunlight at length, as they can develop a sunburn, similar to that of human exposure. In general, Sphynx cats should never be allowed outdoors unattended, as they have limited means to conserve body heat in colder temperatures, and their curious nature can take them into dangerous places or situations.

Enlarge picture
Two-week-old Sphynx kitten.
The Sphynx breed is known for a sturdy, heavy body (many cats of this breed also develop a pot belly), a wedge-shaped head, and an alert, friendly temperament. Although hairless cats have been reported throughout history (hairless cats seem to appear naturally about every 15 years or so), and breeders in Canada have been working on the Sphynx breed since the early 1960s, the current American and European Sphynx breed is descended from two lines of natural mutations:
  • Dermis and Epidermis (1975) from the Pearsons of Wadena, MN, USA and
  • Bambi, Punkie, and Paloma (1978) found in Toronto, ON, Canada and raised by Shirley Smith.

Our house before was surrounded with guavas; so, I used to bring guavas at school when I was an elementary school student. I brought guavas at school for three reasons. First, guavas served as my snacks during recess. Second, I bartered them with papers from my schoolmates. Third, I sold them to my classmates.

Guava is a round tropical fruit with yellow skin and pink pulp. Guavas are often considered
superfruits, being rich in vitamins A and C, omega-3 and -6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (mainly in the seeds which must be chewed to obtain the omega fats) and especially high levels of dietary fiber.

Uses of Guavas;

1. Ripe guavas can be used as food.
Aside from guavas are delicious, these are also good for our health because these are rich in vitamin A & C and omega 3 & 6.

2. Unripe guavas can be an alternative treatment for LBM or Loose Bowel Movement.
We can eat a handful of unripe guavas, especially the young ones to treat LBM. After a couple of hours, our bowel movement will go back to normal.

3. Guava leaves can be used in disinfecting wounds. Likewise, guavas are used to stop a wound from bleeding.
In disinfecting wounds, we must boil the guava leaves first. After boiling, we'll wait until the water becomes warm. When it's already warm, we'll wash the wound right away using it. On the other hand, if we have a cut or a wound that is bleeding, we can chew young guava leaves and put them on the cut so that the bleeding stops.

4. Guava stems can be used in cleaning the teeth.

I used to live alone, but my brother lives with me in the meantime. Even if I have my brother with me , I still feel alone because we only see & talk with each other on Sundays. When I arrive home in the evening, he's already sleeping; on the other hand, when he wakes up & goes to work in the morning, I'm still sleeping. So, I eat, watch TV and listen to music alone on weekdays.

A month ago, I thought of a thing that would make me busy in the morning, and would help me to be physically fit as well. Then, I came to think of doing Tae Bo.
Tae Bo is an aerobic exercise routine developed by tae kwon do practitioner Billy Blanks, and was one of the first "cardio-boxing" programs to enjoy commercial success. The name Tae Bo is a portmanteau of tae kwon do and boxing.

But, I'm not doing the original Tae Bo which is a mix of boxing and tae kwon do, I'm doing the latest one, the Hip Hop Abs, because it's easier and it's less tiring. Actually, I only spend 30 minutes in doing the Tae Bo; likewise, I don't follow the steps which will make my arms bigger. Once my sweat starts to fall, I stop doing the Tae Bo, then I play a dance music and I dance, dance, dance.

Now, I'm happier and healthier ..now that I'm engaged......with Tae Bo of course...hehehe

I came from Getafe. It's a small town in Bohol. Bohol is a neighboring island of Cebu. It's an island where the famous Chocolate Hills is located.

I don't know much about my hometown because I did not grow up in there. I studied complete high school and a year in college in Cebu. Although I finished my college degree in Bohol but I left the island right after I graduated. And, I'm permanently living in Cebu now.

So, I was glad when the colleague of my father invited me to be one of his friends in a famous website in our country; because, he made a site of our town. Before I was confused why the spelling of Getafe was Jetafe?; also, why the title of the pageant during the feast of Sto Nino, the patron saint of the town, was " Search for Miss Ambacon" ? I was confused with what to put on my personal data either Jetafe, Ambacon or Getafe. Yet, all my questions were answered after I read the town's website. Moreover, I know now the history of our town, its beautiful scenery, its delicious food, etc.

Thanks, Jun Abinez! You're really a concerned citizen. I salute you for making a website of our town.

Anyway, if you want to know more about my hometown, please visit this site, http://www.getafe-bohol.com

I usually listen to music when I'm about to go to sleep because I want the music to wake me up in the morning. I used to wake up with pop songs being played; but, a Christmas song woke me up this morning...and, it reminded me of Christmas...Christmas is in the air now...

Christmas is the first thing that comes out in everyone's mind when September comes. The letters ber at the end of the month ( like September, October, etc.) reminds everyone that Christmas is coming.

When I arrived in the office, I greeted my office mates with , " Merry Christmas". Later on, we talked about Christmas party. Since gift-giving is part of Christmas so we discussed about it. Now, I'm thinking of what to give on Christmas.

Advance Merry Christmas everyone!
