I used to live alone, but my brother lives with me in the meantime. Even if I have my brother with me , I still feel alone because we only see & talk with each other on Sundays. When I arrive home in the evening, he's already sleeping; on the other hand, when he wakes up & goes to work in the morning, I'm still sleeping. So, I eat, watch TV and listen to music alone on weekdays.
A month ago, I thought of a thing that would make me busy in the morning, and would help me to be physically fit as well. Then, I came to think of doing Tae Bo. Tae Bo is an aerobic exercise routine developed by tae kwon do practitioner Billy Blanks, and was one of the first "cardio-boxing" programs to enjoy commercial success. The name Tae Bo is a portmanteau of tae kwon do and boxing.
But, I'm not doing the original Tae Bo which is a mix of boxing and tae kwon do, I'm doing the latest one, the Hip Hop Abs, because it's easier and it's less tiring. Actually, I only spend 30 minutes in doing the Tae Bo; likewise, I don't follow the steps which will make my arms bigger. Once my sweat starts to fall, I stop doing the Tae Bo, then I play a dance music and I dance, dance, dance.
Now, I'm happier and healthier ..now that I'm engaged......with Tae Bo of course...hehehe
